Listing Couture ("we", "us") provides listing marketing services to real estate agents. This policy explains what information we collect through listingcouture.com and how we use it.
What we collect
- Information you send us through our inquiry form or by email: your name, email, phone number, brokerage, listing address or link, the package and price range you choose, and your message.
- Listing materials you share for a project, such as photos, property details and your license and brokerage information.
- Basic site usage data such as pages visited, device type and approximate location, collected by our hosting provider and any analytics tools we use.
- Payment information is handled by our payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and deliver the work you order
- To send invoices, receipts and project updates
- To improve our website and services
- To comply with legal obligations
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host (Netlify), email provider (Google Workspace), payment processor and the creative tools used to produce your deliverables. They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
Cookies and analytics
Our site may use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and project records for as long as needed to serve you and meet tax and legal requirements, then delete them.
Your rights
If you are a California resident, you may ask to know what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of any sale or sharing. We will not treat you differently for making a request. Email kam@listingcouture.com to make a request.
Children
Our services are for real estate professionals and are not directed to anyone under 16.
