Terms of service
Effective September 28, 2026
These terms apply to services ordered from Listing Couture ("we", "us") by a real estate agent, team or brokerage ("you"). By placing an order, you agree to them.
Services
We create marketing materials for real estate listings and agents, such as listing videos, property websites and social media graphics, as described in the package you order.
Orders and payment
- Payment is due in full before work begins, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Monthly Growth plans are billed monthly with a 3-month minimum and continue month to month after that until either side cancels with 14 days' notice.
- Founding prices apply to our first 10 clients and may change for new orders.
Timeline
Listing packages are delivered within 48 hours after we receive your payment, photos and all required details. Agent websites follow the timeline agreed for that project.
Revisions
Each package includes one round of revisions. Additional changes or new requests outside the original scope may be quoted separately.
Your materials and responsibilities
- You confirm you have the right to give us the photos, logos and other materials you send, including any license from the photographer.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of listing details and for making sure your marketing follows your brokerage's policies, MLS rules and real estate advertising laws, including required license and brokerage disclosures.
- You approve deliverables before you publish them.
Use of AI
We use AI tools to add camera movement to your listing photos. We do not add, remove or change features of the property, and we review every clip for accuracy. You should still review all deliverables before publishing.
Ownership and use
Once paid, you may use the deliverables to market the listing and your business, in any medium. We may show the work in our portfolio and on social media unless you ask us not to in writing. Stock music, fonts and third-party assets remain subject to their own licenses.
Refunds
If you cancel before we start work, we refund your payment in full. Once work has started, payments are non-refundable, but we will work with you to make the deliverables right under the revision policy.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales or commissions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
