How long does an agent website take?
About two weeks from our kickoff call. We need your headshot, bio, logo if you have one, the areas you serve, a few client reviews and any current listings.
Is there a monthly fee?
No monthly fee is required. We set the site up on your own free hosting account under your email, so you own it. Your domain costs about $10 to $20 a year from your registrar. If you want us to manage updates, new listings and hosting for you, Website Care is available for $49 a month.
Can buyers search the MLS on my site?
Yes, as an add-on for $250 setup. If you are a CRMLS member, your MLS provides free IDX search links we can build into the site. Outside CRMLS we connect an IDX provider such as IDX Broker, which the agent pays monthly directly to the provider.
Where do leads go?
Home valuation and contact forms go straight to your email. We can also send them to your CRM if it accepts form or email leads.
Can you move me off my current website platform?
Yes. We rebuild your pages, keep your domain and set up redirects so you keep the search traffic you already have.
Will it follow advertising rules?
Your name, license number, brokerage and Equal Housing notice appear on every page. You approve the site before it goes live, and you should confirm it meets your brokerage's policies.
